For the management of the mailing list and related surveys, we may process:
- Identification and contact data: email address.
- Information voluntarily provided in surveys and forms related to our products and projects (game preferences, feedback, etc.), excluding special categories of data.
3. Purposes of Processing
a) Mailing list management and communications
- To send you news, updates, and content related to Hexblem, our games, and our app.
- To invite you to participate in surveys, tests, betas, and campaigns related to our products.
b) Product and service improvement
- To analyze feedback received through surveys and responses to improve and develop our games, app, and related experiences.
c) Marketing and advertising segmentation
- To create marketing audiences and segments on digital advertising platforms (for example, by comparing hashed email lists) to show Hexblem-related ads to people with similar interests.
In no case will automated decisions with legal effects be made solely on the basis of this data.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
The legal basis for processing your data is:
- Your consent when you subscribe to the mailing list and accept receiving commercial and informational communications (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- For product improvement via surveys, processing is also based on your consent when you voluntarily respond to such surveys.
You may withdraw your consent at any time, with no retroactive effect, by following the instructions in section 7.
5. Data Retention
We will retain your data for as long as you keep your subscription to the mailing list active or until you request its deletion and, where applicable, for any additional periods necessary to comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties unrelated to the project.
We may allow access to your data by service providers that provide:
- Email delivery services and contact list management.
- Analytics and digital advertising tools for audience creation and segmentation.

9. Updates to This Policy
Hexblem may update this privacy policy to adapt it to legal changes or changes in how the service is provided. In the event of significant changes, we will notify you through the mailing list itself or on our website.
